Entrants agree unconditionally to these Official Rules and to all of Sponsor’s related decisions and actions. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. Unlimited entries. Only one (1) winner and one (1) prize. To be eligible, entrants must be following @primalpetfoods on Instagram, must comment on the December 31st giveaway post with a pet-focused New Year’s Resolution, and must tag one other Instagram account in their comment. No other means to enter. Entries must comply with the law. No mechanical or computer-generated entries allowed. Sponsor has no responsibility or liability for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, or otherwise ineffective entries. No third-party personal information shall be submitted with any entry and no entry shall contain any disparaging information. Participants grant Sponsor a worldwide irrevocable license to all content in entries. Entry period ends Saturday, January 4th, 2025 at 11:59PM. One (1) winner will be announced and tagged in a comment below and sent a direct message from @primalpetfoods on or around Monday, January 6th, 2025. Odds of winning depend on total number of valid entries. Unlimited entries (with one unique pet-focused New Year’s resolution and unique Instagram account tagged per valid entry).
