Entrants agree unconditionally to these Official Rules and to all of Sponsor’s related decisions and actions. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. Unlimited entries. Only one (1) winner and one (1) prize. Must tag exactly one unique username in order to be an eligible entry. No other means to enter. Entries must comply with the law. No mechanical or computer-generated entries allowed. Sponsor has no responsibility or liability for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, or otherwise ineffective entries. No third-party personal information shall be submitted with any entry and no entry shall contain any disparaging information. Participants grant Sponsor a worldwide irrevocable license to all content in entries. Entry period ends Monday December 25th 2023 at 11:59PM (based on Sponsor’s server clock). One (1) winner will use the Primal feeding calculator to determine feeding recommendations for one (1) dog or cat and will receive a maximum of ten (10) Primal products to support the diet of the single selected pet for the duration of up to one month. Products may be provided as coupons redeemable at a local participating retailer. Winner may select their preferred varieties from stock available. Max ARV $400 USD. No product substitutions may be requested by winner. Not all products may be available; Sponsor alone reserves the right to substitute products. Winner is responsible for any delivery or pick-up costs and any taxes. Only US residents who are 18 or older are eligible to enter and win. No Sponsor employees are eligible to enter or win. One (1) winner will be announced and tagged in a comment below and sent a direct message from @primalpetfoods on December 27th. Participants agree that all disputes shall be arbitrated in Fairfield, California pursuant to AAA rules. There shall be no class or representative claims or arbitrations. Void where prohibited by law.

Winners must Direct Message Primal to claim their prize within one week of announcement (by Wednesday, January 3rd 2024), and be verified by Primal, or a new winner will be selected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, but only to that extent, all products received by the winner are supplied AS-IS with no warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Sponsor shall in no event be liable for any injuries or damages of any nature whatsoever. This Giveaway is also subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as it appears on its website.
