Demo Team Members


Demo team members act as Primal Pet Foods educators in their local communities. This includes supporting local stores by helping educate customers and staff, as well as working local events.


We are looking for team members that are outgoing, organized, have a love for pets, and enjoy interacting with people. Sales and/or retail experience is ideal, but not required. Team members must be prepared to spend the majority of their shift standing.

Demo team members help to build their own flexible schedule that fits their target stores needs, as well as their own. Most team members work anywhere between 8 and 30 hours a week.

Demo team members must have reliable transportation and be able to transport product and marketing material to and from their event.

Customer Service Representative


As a Primal Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will provide product information, attempt to resolve any emerging concerns that our customers might face and communicate internally to deliver best outcomes. We feel the best CSRs are very organized, enjoy communicating via email as well as phone, enjoy working in a small office environment and are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. They’re patient, direct, and thoughtfully concise. This job requires someone who is a confident speaker, is self-motivated, and is very organized even in fast past work environment. As a Primal CSR you will also need to feel comfortable problem-solving while still following all Primal policies and procedures.

Primal Pet Foods is a human grade, species-appropriate, raw pet food manufacturer local to the Bay Area. We are seeking to expand our Customer Service Team in order to more effectively accommodate an ever-growing demand for quality customer and retailer support.

This position is located in Fairfield CA; our new CSR will need to be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.


- Self-motivated.
- Comfortable speaking directly to customers and business partners via telephone and e-mail.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Effective and accountable time-management skills.
- Manage large amounts of incoming emails.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Some experience in customer service and pet is a bonus.

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour.
