Butcher’s Blend Raw Toppers for Cat & Dog

I have used the turkey, pork and sardine topper products for several years. In total I have purchased over 100 bags. The last 20 bags of pork I Purchased at a local pet store apparently were not kept frozen and thawed out at some point. When it refroze it froze into one solid block and was very difficult to use. I had to break it up with a mallet. There was so much ice in the product I had to run it under water to remove the ice before I used it. I contacted primal, Forwarded all the information and waited for a refund or replacement products. In the interim I cleaned out my freezer and threw out all the products that had thawed and been refrozen. Primal contacted me and stated I had to return all the product to the pet store I purchased it at. Needless to say they could not be done. They said all of their returns were done through the pet food stores. Not sure why they didn't tell me that in the first place it would've been a lot easier just to return it. Needless to say I was out a couple hundred dollars. I will never purchase their products again. Their customer service is terrible.
