Only serve Primal raw foods when completely thawed—frozen foods can be difficult for animals to digest. Never microwave any pet food. Use stainless steel bowls when feeding any raw product. Other materials, such as plastic and porcelain, are porous and can trap germs over time.

    Bigger bags would be great for purchase

    My miniature schnauzer, Cusie, had been struggling with dry skin and wasn't doing well on her previous food. Since switching her to this brand, I've seen such a difference her skin is healthier, she's more comfortable, and at 11 years old, I don't want to change a thing about what's working for her.

    She truly enjoys it and it gives me peace of mind knowing I'm supporting her health. The only drawback is the price compared to the bag size. It does add up quickly, but given how much better she's doing, I'm willing to keep her on it.

    I really love your product, but a 4-pound bag is just not a lot I find myself buying it every other week. I'd be so grateful if you could offer a larger bag option in the near future.

    Best quality and my Doggy Loves it - 4 years now!!

    My chihuahua mix loves the sardine and turkey nuggets. I warm a half cup three times a day, and ge has never turned it down. He has turned his nose up to every other dog food except pronto and a couple of great paté canned foods.

    He's really healthy, has great bowel movements, never gets sick or has an upset stomach and u give him lots of my people food. I'm grateful for this company. The frozen nuggets are just fabulous and lots of flavors, my dog loves them all. But he loves the sardine turkey the best. (He would not eat the Farrners, and freeze dried constipates him).

    Don't buy this, dogs don't like it.

    My dog won't touch it. Why is there a big picture of whole chicken prices and a small pile of this smelly freeze dried food. I will go back to making my own dog food. This is way over priced and not very tasty per my dog.

    Convenient raw option!

    I love this food for when I forget to defrost raw food! And my dog finds it super yummy. She's always happy to eat it semi frozen, she gobbles it right up!!

    More than a decade...

    I've been feeding Primal to my 4 dogs for more than a decade. I always cook it though first. I had too many vets advise me against raw food - but I still wanted the wholesome, nutritious ingredients Primal provides. I might regret stating this - but they love the pork best. It's hard to get because I think most dogs love the pork! Don't buy up all my pork y'all!

Storage Instructions

Keep product frozen until ready to thaw or use. After portioning, immediately place bag into freezer. Primal Frozen Raw Scoopable Pronto will thaw within minutes and can then be served to your pet. Scoopable Pronto will maintain optimum freshness for up to 7 days under refrigeration. Wash hands, working surfaces, utensils, and any other items that touch or contact raw pet foods with hot, soapy water. Keep this product out of reach of infants and young children.
