KiTR Consumer Survey Giveaway March 2025

Entrants agree unconditionally to these Official Rules and to all of Sponsor’s related decisions and actions. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. Unlimited entries. Only one (1) winner and one (1) prize. To be eligible, entrants must complete the Kibble in the Raw consumer survey, answering all relevant questions to the best of their ability and must provide their name and contact email at the end of the survey. Contact information is not required to complete the survey, but surveys without contact information will be considered ineligible for the giveaway. No other means to enter. Entries must comply with the law. No mechanical or computer-generated entries allowed. Sponsor has no responsibility or liability for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, or otherwise ineffective entries. No third-party personal information shall be submitted with any entry and no entry shall contain any disparaging information. Participants grant Sponsor a worldwide irrevocable license to all content in entries. Entry period ends Friday, March 21st, 2025 at 11:59PM. One (1) winner will be announced and contacted via the email address they provided in the survey on or around Monday, March 24th, 2025. Odds of winning depend on total number of valid entries. Only USA residents 18+ eligible to win. One (1) winner will receive one (1) 9lb bag of Kibble in the Raw. ARV $135 USD. Void where prohibited. This giveaway is not affiliated with any third parties. No product substitutions may be requested by winner. Not all products may be available; Sponsor alone reserves the right to substitute products. Winner is responsible for any delivery or pick-up costs and any taxes. Only U.S. residents who are 18 or older are eligible to enter and win. No Sponsor employees are eligible to enter or win. Participants agree that all disputes shall be arbitrated in Fairfield, California pursuant to AAA rules. There shall be no class or representative claims or arbitrations. Void where prohibited by law.
Winners must reply to email sent by Primal to claim their prize within one week of the original send date (no later than Monday, March 31st, 2025), and be verified by Primal, or a new winner will be selected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, but only to that extent, all products received by the winner are supplied AS-IS with no warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Sponsor shall in no event be liable for any injuries or damages of any nature whatsoever. This Giveaway is also subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as it appears on its website.
